ShippingWe aim to send out your order within 24 hours. We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Free shipping is available on purchases over $25. However, if you live outside of these zones, and is loving our product, reach out to us. We will see what we can do. Depending on where you are, shipping can take 2 to 14 business days. We will update tracking number once it’s available. ReturnsWe really hope you are loving our products as we do. However, if something is not working out, please give us a shout, and we’ll try our best to make it right. In the event you are unsatisfied with the product, and we are unable to resolve your issue, we will process the refund once the product is shipped and received back in the warehouse. We will work with you to provide instructions on how to mail the product back to us. Only new products with unopened packaging can be processed for refund. We will issue refund once the returned product is received and inspected. This usually happens within three days after product is received at the warehouse. Shipping costs are not refundable.
